What is the list of operators applicable to a formula ?

I need to create a formula which complies to :
if X <= 2047         => result = 4*X
if 2048 <= X         => result = 4*(2048-X)

Is it possible to perform it ?

Versaverter´s processing engine is a simple one - so there is no concept of conditions (If, Then, Else)

It wants a single formula for each direction of conversion.
