Portrait for ursobranco

Moving World Time Display
When I open some applications the WTC display moves oover to the left of my desktop instead of staying in the middle of the top of my screen where it belongs. What do I do to anchor it securly other than driving a nail through my monitor? *SMILE*

Any comments or help would be appreciated.
