+/- Date Format
Hi,

Ver 6 onwards a "+/-" capability has been added to the data format, which is very good.  However, it seems that I´ve not understood its correct functionality.  For e.g. Sydney 09:30 is New York 17:30 PREVIOUS day.  Thus New York is behind Sydney.  Worldtime shows the New York time as "+17:30" - I think it should display "-17:30" where the "-" signifies the day difference.

For a specific location, I interpret the "+" date format as the date being the next day than local date (so if its 1-Mar local, then its 2-Mar for the specified location), and "-" as the date being behind by one day than the local date (so if its 1-Mar local, then its 29-Feb for the specified location.)

Thus, for a person sitting in New York, the display
   New York (Local) 17:30 - Sydney +9:30
means that in Sydney the time is 9:30 am THE NEXT DAY.

Alternatively, for a guy sitting in Sydney, the display
   New York -17:30 - Sydney (Local) 9:30
means that in New York the time is 17:30 BUT PREVIOUS DAY.

Or am I interpreting the "+" sign incorrectly ?  I´ve tried searching the FAQ and Help files that might explain the correct way of interpreting the "+/-" date format, but I wasn´t able to find anything.

Would appreciate if you could kindly clarify the "+/-" date format.  Thanks and regards.
