What is the date format used in the file wttraqdt.wtd, linked to TRAqDATE ?
It is a decimal number, like 42655,4706771181 who is displayed as 10/12/2016 11:17:46 ( WT 5.5.2.748, used with Wine under Linux Mint 17.3 ) |

OK it is day= 1/1/1970 + integer part
I do not search further, i do not need more precise info ) |
