Auditing, Workflows, Mission Form Updates and More
Just released today: the largest single update to the SMS so far this year.
An update video regarding the user-facing changes to the Mission form and it's subsequent display was already sent out last week in advance of these changes but in case you missed it that video is included here as well (you may wish to share that video with your members using the form) YouTube Video Link for Mission Form Update Screencast: http://ow.ly/eKdXo The update today includes all of the following and there are 2 more release videos included to help explain the enhancements:

Yes - perhaps watch the video again it shows the system logs including examples - of course that all depends how the audit is configured.
There is no limit - apart from disk space eventually I suppose. From a technical perspective the logs are actually retained in separate tables for each module both to make it faster and reduce the risk of a single table becoming unreasonably huge over time. --

Hey Scott,
Quick question for you. The new audit system, in the video it covers email alerts, are the audit log also logged with in the system as well? Also is there a limit on the number of audit log entries per item? Thanks Chris |
